The bottom floor boasts three bedrooms, living room, pool table room, dining room, family bathroom with clawfoot bath, large chef's kitchen, and entertaining deck providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with two rooms featuring queen beds, two rooms with double beds, and one room with a king single bed.
